How We Are Responding to Re-Opening

  • Oglethorpe Mall will begin to open its doors again over the next few weeks. We have been working to implement safeguards to put the safety of your health first when they do. We ask your understanding as it may delay our services. We will continue to offer the same services listed on our website including same day options. However please read our guidelines below which will answer questions regarding workshop interactions, drop offs and pick ups. Stay well and we look forward to opening our doors again soon.

Store Measures

  • Perform daily routine cleaning of any surface with high customer engagement (Such as front counters, chairs, floors etc.) and routine cleaning of other high touch surfaces.

  • In order to maintain 6 ft safer distance community guidelines please note the blue markers on the ground.

  • Customers will be asked to walk around the mall should they be waiting for a same day repair in order to minimize contact with others.

  • Two chairs will be left outside of the gate on opposite ends to be used for customers with physical disabilities who express their need to wait. These chairs will be disinfected after each use.

  • Customers will have the option to schedule a curbside pick up online should they choose not to leave their vehicles.

Employee Measures

  • Employees must always have a mask and gloves on when interacting with customers in the store.

  • Employees must follow CDC recommendations of cough and sneeze etiquette.

  • If an employee becomes sick while at work they will be sent home immediately. If they become sick while outside work they will not be allowed to return to work.

  • Employees must always wash their hands for the recommended 20-30 seconds after using the restroom.

How can you help?

  • If you are picking up jewelry we strongly recommend that you call us about setting up a pick up time. This way we can minimize the potential for crowding.

  • Message or call us about any concerns you may have. We want to put our community first and will do what we can to accommodate you.
